April in Germany is truly the start of spring, with events around Germany that celebrate the end of winter. Spring fairs, in Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich are in full swing. Dresden starts the spring season with Filmfest Dresden and Dresden International Dance week and Dusseldorf has their Long Night of the Museums and Flamenco Dance Festival.
