German Knobibrot (garlic bread) is served at Germany's Christmas Markets and sometimes at wine and beer festivals around Germany. This special German bread consists of homemade bread, lots of garlic and whatever else you might want to add. The Knobibrot is a sort of mix between a pizza and an appetizer. You can add whatever you like to the top but keep the middle layer with garlic and onions.
